Sleepout and ensuite

We have an existing blockwork sleepout (half of a double garage) that we would like the following work done to: Block in existing garage doorway with cement blocks to match Block in internal door to garage Batten and gib walls Gib ceilings Gibstop walls and ceiling to paint quality finish Add / move elec outlets Install window (supplied) Install 6 x downlights (supplied) Cut doorway to ensuite Supply and install sliding door to ensuite Build ensuite / concrete pad (3m x 1.3m) Plastic line ensuite walls Gib ceiling of ensuite Gibstop ceiling to paint finish Install 1 x double power point Install window (supplied) Install shower (supplied) Install 1 x light fitting in ensuite (supplied) Install toilet (supplied) Install vanity (supplied) Install heated towel rail (supplied) Note: there is a water supply plumbed in very near where the ensuite will go. We will paint and install flooring. Would appreciate quotes for the above work; we are very keen to go ahead. PLEASE, NO TIME WASTERS!! If you are too busy to take on the job please don't respond, we've had our fill of that.
