Hydroseed small patch next to existing lawn

I've fixed up my lawn that adjoins some paving I did. I laid and raked out good quality topsoil, but the seed I sowed has not taken. I would like two areas to be hydroseeded - one a small thin patch about 3m by 0.2m, one bigger patch (in a slight L-shape) probably no more than 10 square metres. Some small patches in the lawn could also do with some hydroseed.
