new build landscape

I am looking for an experienced person who can clean up a subdivision section after building and lay down some soil and prepare it for either sowing or spray on lawn. There will need to be some wooden borders pegged in for 2 or 3 small garden areas . I am thinking we will do the planting. It is a 729m3 section with a 190m3 house and 80m3 concrete so total area 470m3 approximately. This house build will not be completed till January 2021, so I am just wanting to make contact at this stage and to establish approximate pricing at this stage
