Gravel area and Lawn edging to be installed

The grass under the eaves is looking pretty dead, I thought it was going to be poor design grassing right up to the house and wonder what it would cost to put some wooden edging and gravel alongside the house. I estimate it would need to be 70-80cm wide to clear the eave and somewhere around 17-20m in length with weed mat to prevent weeds easily growing through, wooden edging would be the same as what is around the gravel and outdoor unit of the heat pump. I've marked up the areas on a couple of the photos.
