landscaping / retaining wall

I want to level/landscape our garden potentially by : - Building a perimeter timber retaining wall. I anticipate the lowest point is around 0.20mt, and the highest would be 0.75mt. - Add retaining timber on top of the existing one and attach it to the boundary fence if possible. (Where the height required is around 0.20mt). - Total area is around 30 linear metres. - Some digging at the back will be required to flatten. - Add topsoil to level - Grass seeding
