Retaining and leveling, some paving

Out the back:We would like to flatten our small backyard and sow a hardy drought resistant lawn. This will involve small retaining on a existing fence line and along the front of an existing retaining wall. We would also like a small 2m long trellis fence to close off rear fence in our yard. We would like paving and concrete along the side of the deck and under the clothesline. Out the front we would like to level part of the section and have a block retaining wall (less thann 1 metre tall approx 8-10m long) and level the lower part using an existing retaining wall. Re sow lawn. Would also like a path made to the back yard. Timeframe: as soon as possible with finish before late spring First
