Paving patio areas, new build, expected timeframe late Jan 2020 Area 1 - 4.5m x 3.0m 13.5sqm Area 2 - a - 8.5m x 2.9m 26.35sqm Area 2 - b - 4.8m x 4.2m 20.16sqm Area 2 - c - 3.3m x 2.3m 7.59sqm Area 2 - Total 51.1sqm Area 1 & 2 Total 67.6sqm potentially up to 75sqm House is a new build in Snells Beach, area to be paved will be flatish but starting from clay upwards. Will need grading, and full metal base required. Area 2 is actually a continuous area formed around the shape of the slab. Job may be either supply and lay pavers, or just prep site and lay pavers.
