My place needs some care, its getting a bit out of hand.

I moved into my flat about 8 months ago and my family and I spent a day removing the old garden with great intentions of laying down new turf and pea metal out the front and doing a tidy out the back. But, since then none of us have had the time to get back to it and it's getting untidy. The back area is paved with garden around the sides, so that just needs to be tidied, things like the weeds removed from between the paving stones and around in the gardens themselves. There is a mound in the middle of the front area needs to be flattened out and cleared so we can lay the new turf down and fill the area next to the path with pea metal. I work fairly long hours during the week, but I am also able to work from home if that makes it easier for access etc. I can also leave a key with neighbours or somewhere safe. I have no preference on a "when", but I would like to get this done fairly soon if possible. Sorry about the angle of the photos, I quickly took them from upstairs. Happy to supply more if needed.
