Deck extension out from existing steps from 2nd tread height onto back lawn, pathway removal relocation (as proposed new deck will cover existing pathway), existing deck steps relocation (?), staggered trellis gates and privacy/protection trellis on top of existing deck balustrade (to blend with existing deck style(?) OR re-design balustrade to trellis style (?) plus privacy staggered trellis landscape garden at front of property
