Ivy tidy up and ?? New fence

I have a bank / fence at the front of my section in Ascot Park, Porirua 5024, which is overgrown with ivy and I am keen to have the vine removed / controlled and the area tidied up so I can get fibre installed and also have a clear area to help dry the area out next to the house as I am looking at getting some maintenance done on the house. Was suggested a new fence a field drain may help Regards Shane
