Landscaping and patio cover build quote
Job description
Hi looking to see if we could get a quote on a couple jobs!! Looking at getting a patio cover done, the last one is well beyond its use by date and needs to be pulled out as well. Hoping to get one that extends to the side of the house (longer then what’s pictured) Also hoping to see if we could get some advice on options for our back years. Would love to have a flatter lawn area (assume a retaining wall will be needed?) but we are unsure on what is realistic with what we have. We live on a hill and the back corner is probably higher than what’s pictured

Job went over double the originally quoted price even though we and our neighbour advised of a rock foundation. Very poor communication of costs leading to very unrealistic expectations. End of the day the work done was a very good standard but was an unexpectedly stressful process

"Yes a project that grew as requested . We ended up with a great finish cut from the steep unseen solid rock substrate, to gain a huge flat lawn, building 2 huge retaining walls, and installing safety fencing replacing the overhead covered pergola on the house too. Gaining a huge flat space with safety fencing for the young ones and replace a huge sheltered barbeque covered patio, and reinforced concrete walls. A playground for adults and kids for many years to come ."
