Small deck and basic landscaping

We are looking to freshen up our front entranceway with a small deck to replace the existing concrete structure. We are looking for someone that could possibly do both the landscaping with assisting us with ideas to tidy up of the front doorstep area (right-hand side in photo) as well as building a small deck for us. 1. Replace the concrete entrance way with a simple pine deck. Please refer to area highlighted in green in photo. No railing. Stick to current footprint and build a few small steps that leads up to the front door. Deck dimensions - 3.8m (wide) x 2m (long) 2. Share suggestions on tidying up our front garden area near the two existing trees. We would like to replace the wooden edging as the current wood is rotting and we may look to do a bark garden or something simple appealing. We are happy to remove the existing white stones and other bits and pieces currently there. We'd like to keep it simple to keep the costs at a minimum but happy to hear your recommendations. Existing concrete steps area can be demolished and removed by us before starting the job but if you could please add this cost in separately that would be appreciated. If it's not too much more we would prefer to have it all done professionally but as we are on a tight budget we are happy to do some things ourselves.
