Hi, I am looking for a tradie to complete the following works at my yard: 1) waste disposal - removal of existing landscaping materials, i.e. mulch, soil, stones, etc. with offsite disposal 2) lay and compact base course - consist of approximately 120mm thick GAP 20 and 80mm thick sand graded towards the existing drain point Details of the yard requiring works to be done: a) Size: approximately 27m2 (5m x 5.4m) b) Volume of GAP20: approximately 3.5m3 c) Volume of sand: approximately 2.5m3 d) Programme: to be completed by 15 Nov e) Accessibility to site: preferably weekends, negotiable

There was a slight delay in completing the works, probably due to numerous jobs on hand. Feedback on the quality was taken seriously and addressed accordingly. Overall, communication is great and easy to work with.
