Grass reinstatement on roadside berm

We've just built two new houses, and with the vehicle crossing now in, we now need to reseed grass (no readylawn!) the roadside berms between the footpath and the road (after builders/trades parked there and messed it up). We're also going to be good neighbours, and do the bit in front of our neighbours too.
