Retaining wall repair & construction

2 x repair retaining walls - one wall is less than one metre to the house and leaning towards the house. The bottom of the walls is completely gone. This wall will need new poles and complete reconstruction -the second is on a boundary with neighbour. Need discuss with contractor as to decision to repair existing retaining wall requiring some earth moving or build a new retaining wall 1 x new retaining wall -slight land slip of soil. A retaining needs to be build here. Levelling of area for car park -above 1st retaining wall mentioned levelling of grassed area to allow for additional parking.
