Artificial Lawn and Pathway Refresh

We currently have artificial grass, but would like to refresh the space. I've attached a picture of the area and the playhouse is about to be removed so we're wanting to re-grass right up to the wall to cover that space and cover the small garden area in front of the back fence. We'd also like to re-do the pathway to make it look more modern - maybe something like the second attachment. Ideally, before Christmas if possible.
