Existing Retaining Wall Alteration & Extension

Photo 1 - Increase height of existing retaining wall shown hatched red. Area highlighted in yellow has concrete underneath the garden bed. We would like to increase the amount of soil in the garden bed for planting and also to level off this area. As a result, we need to increase the retaining wall height. If existing structure needs to be removed, I would like to consider a keystone retaining wall here. Photo 2 - We would like remove extends of retaining wall hatched red, and to extend the retaining wall closer to the boundary peg. This is so we can extend the deck closer to the boundary. Existing retaining wall along fence line is approx. 1200 - 1300mm high.
