Front Lawn - Hard Scaping + Fence

Hi, We are looking to renovate our front lawn based on the concept design we have. Get in touch and we can also send photos of the existing garden and survey numbers for your info. We would like to get an estimate for • Grading the front lawn including building of retaining wall plus removal of soil • Fence construction as shown in design. Exclude for now staining/painting of any of the proposed fence. • Construction of steps in the lower and upper lawn • Demolition/removal and disposal of old planter boxes including vegetation • Decking of the removed planter box area. We would like to consider either (i) constructing the decking only on the new area hence using similar material to existing or (ii) new decking of the whole area hence to include removal and disposal of old deck and propose a new material (no composite wood or PVC) for the deck. • Construction of edged beds as shown in design. Assume no soil to be included in the edged beds • New gate as indicates in design. This is to be the material and/or design as the front horizontal fence. Please provide an itemised estimate. Ideally man hours and materials for each item. Do include in any additional item which is required to complete the mentioned scope We are of course happy for you to arrange a site visit. Note that this request is for an estimate, if we are happy to proceed with your company, we will discuss further on details to obtain a finalised quote.
