Concrete pad for spa pool with small retaining and steps in front yard

Hi We currently have a small sloping soil/grass area forming our front yard below our small deck. I wish to have it levelled and concrete pad laid to take a 3 person spa. Currently the area is triangular shaped with one long side being triangular retaining blocks that hold roses boardering and down from a concrete path that will remain. I wish to replace the retaining part with those solid blocks from firth or similar. i would like to use these blocks for a short series of steps or poured concrete steps. Very open to ideas on best practice.
