Sloped lawn levelling and retaining walls

Hi there, our 120 square meter (approx) lawn slightly slopes down towards the house and needs levelling out. We would also like a retaining wall up against the black fence and another fence/retaining wall on the other side (see last photo of neighbors old fence) we will get rid of tiles, plants and garden bed edging before work is done.
