Small courtyard area

Existing pavers (around 12) need to be pulled up, the existing riverstones (which have sunken into the dirt) need to be pulled up, the courtyard area dug out, boxed, hard filled with scoria (or like) and sand with the pavers then to be put back down and surrounded by new riverstones. The area is approximately 2400 x 2400 and is under (what was) a clothesline. When the new fence was put up it affected this area which then became bogey and muddy so the whole area needs to be re-done properly. Timeframe would be prior to the end of April. The house is tenanted to a young family so consideration needs to be given to access times, noise etc. I would want a quote and then, once accepted, a reliable tradesman to carry out the work to a good standard and efficiently.
