Runaway trailer damage repair

Repair to a retaining wall, handrail and corner soaker of house. Retaining wall includes replacing a snapped post and three rounded boards, repairing or replacing a section of broken handrail and replacing and painting a bent corner soaker. The trailer shown in the pictures has been removed already. The handrail timber may be a little difficult to match and it is broken in both the first post and a crossbrace. My alternative is making an insurance claim and paying my excess so I will looking for fixed quotes.
