Looking to improve the appearance and function of two pieces of lawn (post site work in some areas). As pictured there are two areas to rectify. The area next to the small retaining wall is 5.8m x 8.5m. This is a clay base and water ponds during winter which is annoying. I'm looking to establish a well functioning, free draining lawn which is usable for as much of the year as possible. As pictured there is new / good drainage behind the wall which can be drained into if required. We are looking to build the lawn level up along some of this wall (the wall is level with a new deck) also so would like to see it built up in a free draining way. The new level (wall top) will meet the existing over about 1.5m. The second area measures 2.5m x 14m and has no active drainage. Its less used but still wants to look good and not be a slippery mess in winter if possible. Ideally the lawn will be near level with the new concrete path as per the picture. There is a fairly good slope to this area (gradient can be seen in the image of the other area).
