I have a terrace unit approx. 7 years old with Harditex cladding which has not been installed in accordance with building code regulations in areas (control joints in cladding ? expansions / contraction, clearance gaps between cladding, flashings and ground surfaces etc). There are no leaky problems. I would like to know an estimate of how much would the re-clad of the unit plus to get everything done according to the building code regulations cost me. The house is 80 sqm and a corner unit. Thanks.
