Create level area in sloping lawn for trampoline

I have a sloping lawn and want to create a flat area for a 10 ft trampoline. It needs to be 4m in diameter to accommodate the trampoline. The shift in level needed is about 45cm. I'd like the levelled area to be edged for mowing, and covered in weed mat and bark or stone. I'm looking for most affordable way of doing this - the trampoline cost enough!!
