2x Retaining Wall Assessment, Maintenence +/- Replacement.

My property has 2 outdoor retaining walls with issues (one small concrete <1.5m at the front of the property and one large concrete block at the back which is weight bearing).

We are hoping to have these assessed for:
1) Assessment of the two retaining walls, timeframes
2) Quotes for potential remediation work including reinforcing or replacement

Please see attached pictures of the front wall + previous builders report from July 2023.

Comments re the concrete block wall includes: The garage does not have designated stormwater discharge due to not having guttering on the North side, and a missing downpipe on the South side.
This will add to the amount of hydro static
pressure behind the retaining wall, and may be the possible cause of wall movement. Drainage could not be identified in the wall due to the raised garden against it
