Retaining wall required

Hi, we have been advised that we need a retaining wall built to join existing retaining wall to prevent slips, erosion. Clay is already breaking up at the end of retaining wall (see photos). Looking at 3 metres minimum, height to be lower than bank to be retained. The Stanley level propped against existing retaining wall behind house is 1200mm to give indication of height. The bank to be retained will have steps built on it to give easy access to back garden. We moved into our new build in May last year and are in the process of putting extra drainage in and laying pavers as we get a lot of water pooling behind the house in heavy rains.
