medium size garden tidy up

Needing some help to reduce the amount of garden e.g delete parts and re design layout of other areas. The current state is now too much for me to maintain. Need some ideas on what could be done to make it more suitable for my lifestyle. A lot of weeding and overgrown areas and soil quality is poor. So ideally id like someone to do the hard yards for me to get it back to a decent state so I can plant and decorate how i would like and be able to keep on top of it.
