Patio pavers to be relaid

Paver area = 7440mm x2300mm. Some of the pavers have subsided. Job is to lift the whole area and compact new limesand over the old limesand base, and relay the existing pavers. The most subsidence is around 50mm in one spot, the average over the whole area looks10-20mm. I've cemented in the first row by the deck. That's laid over blocks. There's 11 rows of 32 pavers to be relaid. Around 350 pavers. Pavers are Firth 230 x 190mm x 40mm.
