Full lawn renovation

We want to fully renovate our lawn of roughly 350m2 including the verge, front, and back of the house. I have sprayed it off with glyphosate so it is ready for a full renovation. I think we need: * Scalp the lawn * Either scarify and core aerate, or just turn it over with a rotary hoe * Level the soil and fill a few holes (it is mostly flat though) * Re-seed it with NZLA ETF Ideally we'd get someone in soon-ish while the soil temperature is still up.

Or even think of adding a garden bed at the side of the fence. Overall low maintenance garden. Some areas are wet and water logged so need some solutions

We are looking to plant 21x Griselinia hedges across our 12.8m fence line in Matamata. The soil is quite compacted and hard to get into with a spade. We have been advised by a neighbour it would be wise to dig deep holes with a Hole Borer and put some compost in to help promote growth in the dense soil. We're looking for a landscaper or someone to help with this. It should be a fairly quick job and we can be on site to assist. Note: Hedges have already been purchased and are on site.
