Looking for an all rounder to help us implement a landscape design

Our landscape designer has provided us with some draft plans - we're now looking to get some idea on what it'll cost to implement. We're in Highland Park. It's one of those properties with a lot of house and not a lot of land. We're looking to maximise our available space. Outdoor area needs to be cleared of bricks, and replaced with decking, with pavers to the outer areas. We'll also be looking to replace the fence, and depending on how discussions go with the neighbours we'd like this to be something other than wood if possible - open to ideas here, concrete panels, block work etc, depending on cost. You'll be good at decks, paving, fencing, retaining walls, clearing sites. (trees, shrubs, planter boxes, bricks, steps); plus other trees trimmed and tidied. We'll be needing one area concreted, some decking plus pavers to other areas. We'll also need some new plants. There's also a bit of a raised bed that needs removing, so digger/bobcat skills would be handy, along with a truck available to remove all the material from site. Several fruit trees need removing also. Happy to do this in stages, it's a reasonable sized project that will no doubt take some time to complete. Immediate start available for the right company, or happy to work in with your schedule. I'm guessing if you're good, you'll be busy, so we're happy to wait. As long as the rear of the property can be started soon. This is the area to be concreted (currently brick paving, approx 40sq/m), as we're looking to have a louvre roof installed before winter. Priority will be given to multi talented small companies that are agile and have everything needed to get the job done. If you're able to help us navigate the best way of doing this cost effectively, that'll be a huge bonus.
