Prepare lawn for grass seed

We had our backyard re-levelled by a company and grass seed put done but 1 year later and we have a nice levelled backyard but no lawn just weed. I want to weed killer the lawn and get someone to come with a rotary hoe to prepare the soil again for use before we put the grass seed down. I need a quote for just hoeing the yard and also one for hoe and sow the lawn seed. We are happy to buy the seeds and provide to you. This just for the labour.
