Landscaping - Soil removal, drainage and a retaining wall

Landscaping part 1: Need to remove the old grass and level the backyard - 7 x 6.6 metre area, then ensure drainage away from the house. The only access to the site is through the house and through a doorway only. Part 2 is to build a low retaining wall (7metres) and prep for planting. Later: Part 3 - paving in one corner and a foot path Part 4 - new grass Let me know what you can offer and pricing! I would like to get the parts 1 and 2 done as soon as possible.
