Landscaping/earthworks to reinstate lawn

I need to reinstate blockwork and fill. Fill in the spa. There is small amount of concrete around the spa has been broken and can be used as hardfill. There are also some stone slabs which can be used for fill. Currently the area isn't level, I want to bring the area to the height of the retaining wall. Grass all areas. The planter box area needs to be removed/become fill for other areas. The area has limited access through a 900mm gate. There are also 4-5 posts that need to be removed from the ground. I will remove all rubbish from the site to allow works to begin.
