Retaining wall repair

Hi, my plumber has just replaced the water line and alerted me to the problem of my retaining wall!
The posts of my half round log retaining wall are rotting at their base and need to be replaced. I am hoping that the half rounds can be removed, the posts replaced and the half rounds reassembled.
The retaining wall is 1200mm high
The posts are concreted into a 300mm high concrete base.
There are 6 posts sections.
The half rounds are 1800mm long, 95mm deep

On the corner is a concrete block retaining wall and some of the blocks are moving.
