General landscape design and execution

This job is to prepare a rental property for sale by landscaping the front of the property to boost kerb appeal. The job would need to be ideally completed by end of February, but will consider proposals that can be completed by end of March.

Key tasks:
- Retain the front of the section where it has been cut using quarry rocks (or another cost effective method) where required
- Select and plant out a garden with a mixture of shrubs along the front of the section (both sides of driveway) and a small area between the house and driveway turnaround. Mulch where required.
- Lawn area behind retained garden levelled, ready-lawn laid in this front section
- Aluminium fence and gate installed between house and west boundary fence (1.2M high, Guardian Batten style or similar)
- Removal of weeds along east side of house, gravel and paver stepping stone path built down this side of the house.
- General tidy of rest of section, removal of old wooden pallets, garden waste etc (happy for hourly rate on this)
