Pond Retaining Structure

Need a retaining structure (using boulders) to be placed along part of a wetland feature, and backfilling it to improve access along a fence line. Also need a sleeper-based frame created between a bridge across the wetland and a nearby gate, into which will be a final filling of pebbles. It would be good to get the job done, while the water level is still low.
