Area to be improved approximately 16 m x 8 m * Remove small bush stump to improve access to area * Establish grass area suitable for mowing. ? plough up present grass clumps? *Remove old garden fencing shown in photos, replace with new (2 sides of area) * Uplift planter boxes from present position and place in a line down the boundary. New position will need levelling etc. * Construct and install 2 pieces of new wooden fencing to support new wooden gate with stock-proof latch. Fish pond and certain bushes to remain in place. The job requires good all-round skills in gardening and carpentry. May require two new fence posts to be concreted in where gate will be.
