Landscaping for 20M x 8M section

We require landscaping (earthworks and site cleaning incl. trees & shrubs) of two sections of our property. This includes: - Flattening/leveling two sections of the site (earthworks, removal of soil) - Building a retainer wall between the top and bottom sections allowing space for steps to be built down to the bottom section - At the bottom section, remove garden shed, concrete path and trees/shrubs along fence line towards garage to a flat/level. - Delivery of top-soil for top/bottom sections, suitable for growing grass sections and planting mature trees along the boundary fence (to block out flats) - Re-use or remove soil currently sitting on raised garden and around lemon tree - Removal of all excess soil, garden waste for a finished, clean site. Our main priority is to prepare section 2 (as shown in attached drawing) for delivery of 2 x 17M sleepouts. We require this work to start as soon as possible and be completed within the next 3 months. Depending on the total cost for this work, we may consider doing this work as two separate projects, 1st project Section 2 , 2nd project Section 1 Access to the site is via the front boundary fence. We can remove a portion of the front fence and have already cleared some of the olive trees to make space for earthworks machinery.
