remedial work to lower level slip

To demolish and remove from site the existing shed. To cut back and break up the concrete the shed was sitting on and the concrete beams laying around the deck posts and leave lower down the bank. To regrade the bank to create a gentle slope and to merge into the slip area down to the bottom of the existing bank and sow in lawn seed or other plants to stabilize the soil.
