Job description
Remove current rotten wooden posts on retaining wall next to existing concrete sloping path (650mm long, 150mm high at top) as pictured and rebuild retaining wall with concrete blocks or similar. This is on a rental property next to a very damp hill so new wall needs to be strong and effective with presentation of low importance. Require completion as soon as possible while untenanted. The original concrete gutter was omitted when new concrete was laid so the water pooled under the retaining wall, Jon-Paul came back twice after scheduled finish date to try and remedy issue with no joy. I paid another builder to remedy issue (which didnt require drain install) instead of chasing Jon-Paul for 3rd time as he became difficult to contact. Jon-Paul's price was much cheaper than others and delivered what we wanted in the retaining wall, just a shame the concrete gutter was omitted.
