Paths - concrete and paving

We have 2 sections of paths that we need to tidy up before we sell. One is matching concrete to existing on a side path, and the other is tidying up a short path to the clothes line with either concrete or paving. It may require concrete cutter to existing concrete for a neat finish. We are open to ideas for cost effective solutions.
