Fence staining - garden tidy and replanting

Ready work done immediately or through the Easter break. There's fencing to stain - easy. Garden involves pulling out some existing plants, weeding, digging over gardens, then planting new plants. This does not require professional skills - just a personal standard and work ethic - and to work in with the builder who is currently working on site as well. Do you have your own tools?
