Hi, I am in the process of purchasing my first home. I have had a builder go through and he has found that there is work required on the retaining wall and posts that are connected to the deck and roof. It is work that he says needs immediate attention. I have made an offer on the house however the conditions period of ten days started Monday 7th January, I would prefer to have someone look at the job and give us a good quote on what work needs doing if possible. Would this be something you could help me with? I can support by supplying the builders report also.
