Subdivision Landscaping Waihi

I am looking to subdivide a 3700m2 property into --- sections. I have one existing house and am looking to provide two extra house sites, I want to engage a surveyor to provide the subdivision plans and a landscaper who can contour the two further house sites and earthworks required to make the whole into workable quality sites. 1) House site site mostly flat 2) New site has gentle slope and has water run off through it 3) New site has a steep downward approach leveling off to a gentle but water logged bottom (Small pond feature?)
