Job description
- Build tiny retaining wall and fill in - Build 2 stair hand rails off deck - Place and set up 2 large and heavy fountains - Small area to be dug out and filled with Waikato stone and laid with large paving stones (concreted in) - Lay small lawn (can be excluded if out of your scope) To be completed as soon as possible so that the lawn has a chance to establish itself prior to winter

Blair’s workmanship was excellent, with a wide range of skills and his hourly cost compared to what we have paid for other trades people was very, very good. While he was able to communicate ideas clearly, the area that let him down was the communication of scheduling. After the first couple of weekends we were never clear on when he was coming and he needed to communicate with us better over this.
