Landscaping plan
Job description
Hi there, for development of a property in Frankton we need a detailed landscaping plan. The objective of the landscaping plan shall be to provide for effective screening of the proposed parking areas located within the front setback while providing an attractive interface with the streetscape. The landscaping plan shall include but not be limited to: location of planting, number or density of proposed plants, example species and fencing type. The landscaping plan shall: • Provide integration with the colour and materials of the façade of the front unit, and; • Enhance the amenity of the streetscape, with particularly regard to softening the areas of the front façades of the building and the front fencing, and; • Provide effective screening with regard to the proposed carparking within the setback across all lots. Please see attached the subdivision scheme, the landscaping plan would be for lot 1,2,3,4,5,and 6.
