Outdoor Tiling

I have a small area of land off the end of my deck I would like paved to create a new area. It will go from the edge of the house out to the fence and stop short of the fence 400 ish. Mixed materials - Currently there is concrete outside the house, then a grassed area to cover. I would like it as low to the original height as possible, but understand tiles ontop of concrete will add some height. Area is 5m wide from the deck to the end of the path, and about 4400 to 4000 to the fence - section is angled (leaving 400mm ish for the garden)
