Clay soil, top soil and seeding

Hi I am making a house in pokeno.and our garden and lawn are not under contract with builder.so need to add clay soil , top soil and grass seeding.builder will supply some loads of soil but rest will be arrange by the land scapper.anyone who is allready digging in pokeno can dump that soil in front of the house to save us some many and save himself some money for dumping that soil. so need a quotation regarding this.thanks
