landscaping groundwork

I am starting the landscaping on my new build property. The plot is 440m2 and the house takes up 110m2. there is also driveway too. Initially I'd like the ground leveled and prepared for landscaping. It is lumpy and weedy at the moment and very compacted. I'd also like a little concrete added to the driveway to extend it by 4ms. There may be other work as it progresses.
